Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
We love our home because it is in a small, boutique block of four apartments and is right across the road from the beach. It has a spacious, north-facing balcony (to enjoy the morning sunrise) with panoramic views over the golden sands of Freshwater Beach and blue-green Pacific Ocean. We can see swimmers, surfers, dolphins, and throughout winter, we see whales migrating North.
The apartment has a beachy, but contemporary feel. It can sleep up to six adults, as there are three bedrooms with queen or double beds. An en-suite is off the master bedroom, while the main bathroom is adjacent to the other two bedrooms. We have ducted, reverse cycle air conditioning throughout.
The living area is open plan - kitchen (with island bench), dining and living, leading out onto the spacious balcony. The kitchen has a large French door fridge, electric oven, microwave, induction cook top and dishwasher. As this is our primary residence, you'll find a comprehensive range of utensils and appliances, including an espresso machine! We also have a lock up garage.

Freshwater is a cosmopolitan village with cafes, restaurants and a good supermarket. We love that, not only are we so close to the beach, but shops, restaurants and cafes are only a few minutes walk away. So too is public transport by bus into Sydney CBD. Alternatively, a 30 minute walk along the beach will take you to world famous Manly Beach, where you can take a stunning, scenic ride across Sydney Harbour on the Manly Ferry to Sydney CBD.
Our favourite activities are swimming & surfing at the beach or walking / running either North along the beaches towards Dee Why Beach or South to Manly and Shelly Beaches.
Freshwater has a lovely village atmosphere. Our apartment is especially peaceful and quiet, as it is at the end of
a cul de sac, so no passing traffic, just the soothing sounds of the waves washing up on the beach.
Our favourite activities are swimming & surfing at the beach or walking / running either North along the beaches towards Dee Why Beach or South to Manly and Shelly Beaches.

Please note: We are on the first floor, so there are external steps to the apartment block's entry and one flight of internal stairs to our apartment's front door. There is no lift, so if you have trouble with stairs, please keep this in mind.
