Spacious 1-bedroom condominium in the prestigious Arlen House in Sunny Isles, Miami, ideal for couples or families. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building, with an elevator and 24-hour security. There is covered parking available right outside of the building, so if you're renting a car, you'll have a convenient place to park. The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a Queen-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The living room has a pull-out couch that could fit another two people if needed. The balcony offers a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the warm Miami weather with a view of the canal. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and there’s a separate dining room and a second bathroom with a sink and toilet.
Right downstairs, there is a very large, common heated pool that is open year-round. There are always sun loungers and umbrellas available, so you can lounge and swim while enjoying a wonderful view of the canal. While we don’t swim in the canal, you can watch boats and yachts go by; sometimes, you can see dolphins or manatees! A short 5-minute walk down the street is a large sandy beach where you can enjoy white sand and swimming in the ocean. (Ranked the best beach in Maimi in 2023) and usually less crowded than Miami Beach.
The building has a shared gym with plenty of equipment and weights, including an amazing dry sauna, to help you stay in shape during your vacation. There is also a games room with ping-pong and billiards. Outside, there are tennis courts, and we have rackets you can use if you'd like.
There is a paid laundry machine and a dryer on each floor of the building, which is shared amongst the residents on that floor.

Sunny Isles is located in North Miami. The building is very conveniently located, right by the beach. Within 10 minutes of walking, you'll find shopping, grocery stores, plenty of restaurants, cafes, and anything else you might need.
There is a bus stop 100 meters from the building, so getting around to downtown Miami is not a problem.
South Beach can be reached by car (approx 25 minutes) or easily by bus.
