Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our home is located in a tranquil and picturesque gated estate, offering stunning views of the Macalister mountains and the Coral sea. We are set amongst lush rainforest, surrounding us with the colours and sounds of nature. Set over 3 levels, the home offers views from almost every room.
The top level offers an open-plan kitchen/dining area and contemporary lounge/TV room, opening to a generous balcony with large BBQ and several seating options to absorb the views over a nice Sav Blanc! The kitchen is modern with a new cooktop, oven, and double fridge with ice and filtered water dispenser. The view over the island bench will have you wanting to stay in and cook rather than dine out!
Also on the top floor, the master bedroom features a King size bed with private balcony, to enjoy a peaceful coffee whilst taking in a stunning sunrise. The ensuite is designed in such a way that you have views to Double Island from the shower!
The second level contains 2 guest bedrooms - each with queen sized bed and an adjoining balcony. Whilst all bedrooms have both air conditioning and ceiling fans, we encourage our guests to open the louvred windows, and feel the cooling breeze that nature provides, it is truly refreshing - and insect screens all around keep the biteys away.
Stairs lead down to the games/rumpus/gym room, which then opens out to the pool deck. The in-ground heated pool has a wall-mounted smart TV, providing the perfect setup for watching your favorite football game while enjoying a refreshing swim!

We live approximately 5 minutes drive to Trinity Beach, perched on top of a hill inside a gated estate. Our estate is very quiet, and will be more suitable to people who enjoy quiet relaxation at home.
At the beach, you will find several restaurants which often have live music, wonderful coffee and a good vibe!

We also feel it's important to mention that this house may not be the best fit for families with young children, or people with mobility issues. There are many stairs, and children would require constant supervision due to the height of the balconies, and the outdoor areas are steep and not suitable for play.

- Strictly no parties. We live in a quiet residential estate, and ask that you respect our neighbours and their peaceful enjoyment of the environment.
- Keep use of the balconies to a minimum after 10pm, as the elevation causes sound to carry quite clearly to surrounding properties.
