My house is located in a quiet residential area and is very calm.
It is very convenient with easy access to the city center!
(Shibuya station is 5 stops away, 10-15 minutes by train).
The living/dining room is a comfortable space with a mix of modern and natural.
The morning sun feels good and you can start a wonderful day.
You'll have bathroom with bathtub. You'll have 2 toilets for 1st floor and 2nd floor.

Also, a 15-20 minute walk in the opposite direction from the station will take you to Komazawa Olympic Park, a large park with lush greenery. A picnic on the grassy plaza is also recommended. It is also ideal for morning jogging or walking.
