Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
We live in a happy, airy, and light family home with a generous living space. We love our big, open plan ground floor: cooking with views across the valley in one direction; and adjoining that, the dining room with a big oak table, and cosy armchairs around the fireplace beyond that.
We have four double bedrooms, and another pull-out double bed in the study.
We have a large natural garden, with a fire pit, and private parking (unusual for Stroud!)

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
Stroud has been voted Britain's best place to live more than once!
It's a market town with breathtaking views of rolling hills and lush valleys, making it perfect for hiking and outdoor adventures.
It has a thriving arts scene with lots of galleries, studios, and festivals that highlight local talent.
The famous Farmers' Market is brilliant, with a wide array of organic produce and artisanal goods.
There are lots of independent shops, cosy cafes, and historic pubs. We are 5 minutes walk from the centre of Stroud and all its commodities (Waitrose, train station etc) in one direction, and gorgeous countryside in the other. There are lots of walks, with lovely pubs and amazing views, all on our doorstep. Stroud is in the Cotswolds, an area famous for its classic English villages, country gardens, old churches, and historic houses.
Daisy Bank, our local park is located within 500 metres from our house. It is a lovely park for kids to play and for adults to enjoy as it is directly next to the local pub 'The Crown and Sceptre'.

Le mot de la fin
During shorter school holidays (e.g. May, Oct/Nov) we're interested in short city trips around the UK, or in Northern Europe.
For the August holidays, we're interested in places further afield.
