Our guest bedroom(s) will be used for a hospitality stay. Our HE guests can use the room with the full bed or the room with the queen bed. Guest(s) will have access to the kitchen and living area, laundry and deck. One room has a dresser with a top that folds down and can be used as a desk. The other room is a bit bigger. There is space for clothes in the dresser and closet. You will also have a full bathroom at your disposal.

If using both bedrooms it will be 200 GPs

We live in the forest in the Sierra Nevada Mountains in a very quiet neighborhood on a private road. In the winter guests will need chains or 4WD to access our road. The Snowcreek Athletic Club is just down the street from our home and for a small fee you can use their facilities on a day pass. We will list what they have in the amenities section of our profile such as their secured pool, sauna, jacuzzi, private gym. They also have pickleball.

**The "pool" is located at the Snowcreek Athletic Club about 1/2 mile from our home. Anyone from the public can get a day pass. We do not pay for your day pass. The indoor pool is used year round and the outdoor pool, summer only.

** We have a tenant who lives full time and works full time in the apartment above the garage. He helps manage the property when we are away, keeps to himself and is very quiet. All guests are expected to respect the quietness of the property and our tenant who may sometimes need to access the deck/roof during heavy winters via the main house.

We will most likely be home if you are staying in the two guest bedrooms. We are non-smokers and no smoking is allowed anywhere in the house or property. No pets please.
