My home is surrounded by beautiful hardwood trees in the Quachita Natl Forest, I see many varieties of birds in the spring and an occasional whitetail deer (one almost so close I could touch it)..from the sliding glass doors off the bedroom. It is 30 minutes from Hot Springs Natl Park.
Located in the gated community of Hot Springs Village, where there are numerous lakes, golf courses, pickleball courts. outdoor pool and mini golf, and fitness center with indoor pool. Marina with outside dining and pontoon boat and kayak rentals is a short walk. There is a lovely hiking trail easily accessed from the marina which provides a great view of the lake and wraps around the back of Los Lagos condos and a great MX. restaurant, then upward and onward for the short walk back to the home. You will have access to kitchen, living room washer/dryer and outside deck. Come explore the village, enjoy the amenities. Warning: You may decide to move here. :)
Home is the closest neighbor (just down the hill ) from Los Lagos condos which is used by our property owner association to house guests, while showing them properties. That in itself, speaks to the convenience to many nearby amenities and beauty of this area, in which my home is of closest proximity. There are only two other homes on my street. Enjoy for a long weekend. up to one week duration. Reciprocal or guest points.
$75 cleaning fee for guest point exchanges only.

There are only two other homes on our short street, located two miles from the West gate entrance. Close to most businesses and amenities within and outside the village. Only a short walk to Marina on lake with outdoor lake dining and pontoon boats and kayaks which can be rented

Home is a split bedroom arrangement. Bedroom is accessed off kitchen. Washer/dryer available in other wing of the home, which is between kitchen/den and other bedroom. Bedroom provides direct access to large deck through sliding glass doors. Bedroom in opposite end of the home will be occupied. Kitchen and den in the center of the home can be shared. This is offered for one single adult or a couple. Bed is a comfy queen. Ensuite bathroom is small but provides a newly renovated tub/shower combo. Smart tv with wifi. Reciprocal exchanges don't have to be spontaneous. Guest point exchanges also considered.
