Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Visitors can use our guest room with a queen bed (152 x 203cm) and bath with toilet and tub/shower.
The room has closet space and a workstation with power adjustment. There is a private entrance from the back patio with a lovely view of the garden. The patio is a great space to relax and read with a daybed, love seat, table and chairs. We have a gas grill and Big Green Egg smoker on the patio.
The room has a lockable door.
If more than 2 guests would like to share our home, we can offer one or two bedrooms on the upper floor. If for a points exchange, I will create a separate hospitality listing.
Guests can share our laundry and kitchen. We could offer use of one of our cars depending on our schedule.

Our neighborhood is very safe, peaceful and walkable. In particular realtors say that we live on one of the top streets in our small town.
Stroll around the local golf course or walk to Starbucks, neighborhood restaurants and the grocery store.
We have graceful large trees in on our street and neighborhood owls.
Enjoy easy access to the train to San Francisco.

Relax in our soaking tub after a fun day visiting San Francisco, redwood parks, Santa Cruz Boardwalk, Monterey or Carmel. Yosemite National Park is less than a 4 hour drive and the beach is 30 minutes.
We have numerous toys for children and high-quality bikes for the discerning cyclist. Use of our hybrid plugin car or diesel wagon considered.
Working while here? We are very close to all major Silicon Valley companies: Google, Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia and many more. Stanford is an easy bike ride. We also have high speed network access and multiple work areas with comfortable office chairs and two power adjustable desks.

Please no shoes in the house, especially on carpets.

We do not have any pets, but we did have cats and dogs within the past 10 years.
Most flooring is hardwood, but bedrooms and the basement are carpeted.
We do request that guests water some plants when we are not here.
Being in an area with scarce water resources, please be sure to run faucets modestly. Turn off faucet to brush teeth, limit shower time, and try to run full loads in the clothes and dish washers.
We have a housekeeper who normally cleans midday on Fridays. For points exchanges, please either thoroughly clean all spaces that are used or leave a tip for our housekeeper ($50 for hospitality or $150 for use of the full house).
