Our home sits within a retirement community overflowing with amenities, all accessible within a short 10–15-minute golf cart ride (provided!). Whether you seek swimming pools, tennis courts, or social events, it's all just a golf cart cruise away.
Your Home Away from Home:
Step inside and discover your own peaceful retreat. We've designed our space with comfort and convenience in mind. Relax in your private bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and a sparkling clean bathroom. Allergy sufferers will appreciate our allergy-friendly floors – bamboo and ceramic tile throughout!
Stay Active & Explore:
Feeling energetic? We have a fully equipped exercise room to keep your fitness routine on track. Craving fresh air? Hop on one of our bicycles or take a joyride with our golf cart.
Unwind & Recharge:
After a day of exploration, unwind in the guest bedroom or living room, both equipped with smart TVs for your entertainment. Step outside and soak up the Florida sunshine on one of our two private patios, complete with comfy furniture and sun umbrellas. Enjoy the beautiful Florida weather while staying protected from the elements in the enclosed lanai. Feeling like a BBQ maestro? We have a grill ready for you to use.
Cook & Entertain:
Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped modern kitchen, complete with refrigerator and freezer space, air fryer, microwave, blender, coffee maker…. anything you can imagine needing. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the garage, and off-street parking is available in the driveway.
Peace & Security:
Your comfort and safety are our priority. Our home is fully voice-automated for added convenience, and a security alarm system with exterior cameras provides peace of mind.
Respectful Living:
We've created a smoke-free, vape-free, and drug-free environment for the enjoyment of all guests. To maintain a clean space, we kindly ask that shoes be removed at the door. Food is enjoyed in the kitchen and common areas.

You can explore our community with a complimentary guest pass. The guest pass provides full access to all Championship golf courses, Recreation areas, and Family & Adult pools. The only restriction is access to the various Sport pools.
Depending on your travel dates, we may be using the Master Suite. However, you have full access to the house, including the kitchen, refrigerator/freezer space, cabinet space, living room, lanai, patios, bicycles, and a 4-seater golf cart. The Guest area, including bathroom, can be completely closed off from the house for privacy.
For stays shorter than 7 days, there's a $100 cleaning fee. Depending on your specific situation, it might be possible to accommodate more than two guests in the Guest area. An additional cleaning fee will apply in such cases. Please discuss this before booking the Guest area."
