Welcome to our modern, single-story home built in 2020 with a bright, open floor plan. We offer three bedrooms accommodating up to seven guests and two bathrooms with three showers and a bathtub. Enjoy the elegant white facade and cozy front patio, perfect for relaxing. Our sleek kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and an inviting island. The home features two living rooms—a larger one for adults and a special one for children. The entire home is equipped with smart home technology, including top-notch devices from Philips and a multiroom sound experience from Sonos.
Our backyard is perfect for family fun with a large trampoline. The front of the house features a dedicated grilling area with both a pellets grill and a wood-fired grill. During the summer, guests can relax in the large outdoor lounge group, ideal for enjoying the long days and warm evenings. We also provide an electric cargo bike, perfect for exploring the neighborhood or easily riding into town and back. Our cargo bike is spacious enough for the entire family.
Inside, we have plenty of toys for children and games for everyone, even for "big kids", including a PlayStation 5 and a Nintendo Wii. There are two Smart TVs from Samsung, both equipped with Netflix and Disney+, ensuring entertainment options for all ages.
