Welcome to our family home! This is our primary residence, thoughtfully recently extended to accommodate our young family.
Our spacious open-plan kitchen and diner features an island that seats six, ideal for family meals and entertaining.
A double oven, 5 gas burner hob and separate breakfast cupboard with Nespresso machine allow space to enjoy the kitchen.
A TV and sofa are in the kitchen area which is where you'll also find 2 double cupboards full of children's toys. This is a fantastic play area for the kids and where we spend most of our time pottering around the kitchen with the children playing in sight.
A separate utility room houses the washing machine and off of this room is a converted garage which is now used as an office with workstation and guest room.
The guest room has a double sofa bed, however as it is always made up as a bed I have not detailed it as a put me up in the description.
We have a separate living room with 4 seater sofa and 2 seater snuggler chair and 65 inch smart TV. It has a woodburner for those snug evenings. We love relaxing in here with a book after the kids have gone to bed.
The master bedroom, located in our newly converted loft, boasts an ensuite shower with his and her sinks, ensuring comfort and convenience and great views over the North Downs.
Our teenage son's double bedroom offers stunning views of the North Downs, while our 4-year-old daughter's large bedroom and a cozy nursery with a cot provide ample space for children.
Step outside to our large astro-turfed garden, featuring a delightful kids' playhouse and slide, perfect for outdoor fun. Relax on our balcony with comfortable seating, the ideal spot to unwind. Make our home your next vacation destination!
