I love my home and its location. It is a one story bungalow with an enclosed backyard and patio. Guests will enjoy this over 2,250 sq. ft. home with their private bedroom and bathroom and available driveway parking. It is very comfortable and has central air and heating. The San Diego area has a mild climate year-round; sunny days with only an average of 12 inches of rain a year.

My neighborhood is residential with mostly one story bungalows. It is only 1 mile from the Interstate (I-5) so that it is quick and easy to travel to many San Diego sites. Non-rush hour listed driving times include: Balboa Park which includes the San Diego Zoo and many museums and attractions as 15 minutes; Seaport Village, Little Italy, the Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Park, and the San Diego Airport as 20 minutes. The San Diego Trolley is only 4 blocks from my home and Seaport Village, Little Italy, the Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Park, and Old Town are all trolley stops. My home is 1.5 miles from the J Street Marina with the Chula Vista Bayfront Park; the new Sweetwater Park just opened in April 2025.

Now that I will be staying in the house, I am only listing 1 guest bedroom with a king size bed and 1 guest bathroom with tub/shower. The GP is currently 132, but I will consider lowering it for a solo traveler.
