This is our modern and spacious 100sqm open plan holiday home located in seaside town Pakoštane, Zadar county. It can accommodate 4+2 people and consist of two double bedrooms, bathroom (walk-in shower) and toilet, 2 balconies, open-plan lounge and kitchen.
Flat is air-conditioned, has its own private entrance, fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob/owen, dishwasher, kettle). Outdoor space includes 12sqm bedroom balcony furnished with 2 sunbed chairs and 8sqm balcony with lounge seating area entered from living room/kitchen.
Parking available in the front yard.
Thoughtfully selected Interior decor in neutral tones create serene and comforting bedroom ambiance.
Both bedrooms (17m2 and 13m2) comes with solid wood king size beds (width 180cm and 160cm) equipped with high quality Wollbett mattress (memory foam top, antialergyc cover) and large pillows (100% memory foam, antialergyc cover). Custom made spacious wardrobe will fit all your belongings.
Other amenities: Fast WiFi internet, smart TV (cable, Netflix, HBO max), Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, washing machine, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, cleaning and washing products.
This first floor flat (stairs access) is part of our family house. Detailed renovation were completed in 2024 and property now enjoys all the comforts of contemporary living.
