Modern, warm, easy care, single level four-bedroom, two bathrooms, two living areas, with great indoor-outdoor flow.
Great home for a family with a nice outdoor living space. The house is down a shared driveway with quiet neighbors on the section behind and an empty section in front. The four bedrooms are as follows: master bedroom with queen-sized bed, has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. Our two children's rooms, one has king single bunks and the other has two king single beds. The fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The house easily accommodates 8 people. The house works well for entertaining people, with a large open plan kitchen, dining and family living space, with the second living space we have set up as a kid's playroom/tv room.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
It is a great neighborhood with many other children living in the area. A local park is just over 1km away, with lovely walks along the river side and through the gardens, there are tennis courts, a golf course, kids' playground, picnic areas and much more. The local school is only 1km around the corner and the local shops are also only 1km down the road, they are all in easy walking distance. The main town center is only 3km away, which again is either a short drive, bike or walk from our house.

The Marlborough region is famous for producing award winning wines, in particular the Sauvignon Blanc, but also produces some other amazing other wine varieties including Pinot Noirs, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Rose and Methode.
The region also boasts the Marlborough Sounds, which is a stunning place to go boating, fishing and hiking. We also are surrounded by hills which are amazing for hiking, biking and walking. Not far up the valley we also have access to the Nelson lakes, which are a fantastic area for again fishing, boating or hiking.
