My home is a stunning NEW villa perched on a hillside terrace, offering 360-degree views of lush jungle, the ocean, and the soothing sounds of a nearby mountain creek. Designed with luxury in mind, it provides both privacy and an excellent vantage point for wildlife observation.
From the villa, you can stroll to the beach, set off on a jungle hike, or just relax with a book on the terrace caressed by the ocean breeze. Be on the looks though for Costa Rica’s vibrant wildlife. Every moment here is truly enchanting.
The villa's proximity to the village of Uvita allows for easy access to all the amenities you might seek on your trip.
A friendly management team and a concierge are always on hand to ensure your stay is nothing short of sublime.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
Villa Romantica Costa Rica is situated in the picturesque city of Uvita, renowned for The Whale's Tail Beach, waterfalls, and verdant jungle hills that meet the breathtaking beaches of the warm Pacific Ocean. Villa Romantica is part of of the Gated Community of Dulce Pacifico.
THE VILLA:
Villa Romantica offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
Bed arrangements are: Master Bedroom - 1 King bed; Guest Bedroom - 1 King bed, Kids Bedroom - 2 Single beds.
We can provide up to 2 baby/toddler cots upon request.
The dining area indoor and outdoor is for up to 8 people.
There is ample closet space in each bedroom.
Washer & Dryer are in a separate room indoors.
There is an outdoor shower.
A BBQ hut is outdoors.
Private salt-water cocktail pool with a seating bench facing the ocean view.
A carport is offered for one car and one ATV & additional ample parking for a second car.
There is private access to the creek.
The community is gated and there is a nightly guard from 6 PM - 6 AM.
The villa is ~15 minutes walking distance to Playa Ballena via a wide, well-maintained jungle road.

DIRECTIONS:
Internationally, you would fly to San Jose - the capital of Costa Rica. The airport is SJO (Juan Santamaría International Airport). From SJO, you have 3 options:
1/ DRIVING TO UVITA:
You can rent a car at SJO Airport and drive to Uvita.
Driving from SJO to Uvita is ~3:30-4h.
We recommend that you drive during the day and allow plenty of time for your trip. With traffic, this time might be longer.
2/ FLYING DOMESTIC TO UVITA:
We highly recommend this option!
From SJO Airport you can fly domestically to Quepos/Manuel Antonio with Sansa Airlines or Green Airways.
The domestic flight is only 20 minutes, on a charter plane of 12 seats.
From Quepos/Manuel Antonio you can rent a car. Then, driving to Uvita is ~1h.
3/ PRIVATE SHUTTLE TO UVITA
