You will be staying in a recently updated, street-level apartment attached to a home in the Avenues Historic District near downtown. The apartment is small but clean and fully functional, with everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
One covered, off-street parking space is available next to the unit with lockable storage. The bedroom has blackout blinds and is very quiet at night. The location is perfect for easy access to downtown and a grocery store is just a few blocks away.
The apartment is small, perfect for one and cozy for two. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and plenty of built-in storage.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer, and dryer.
Hi-speed fiber delivers fast internet and a desk in the living room is available if you need to work during your stay.
You will have access to the entire one-bedroom apartment that is attached to the main house. The carport has a lockable storage shed that is suitable for locking up bikes or skis. Please ask us for the door code if you plan to use it.
Park only in the designated carport. One vehicle only. Do not block garage or driveway at any time- driveway is shared with owner and neighbor. Additional free parking on street. Do not park in front of fire hydrant.
Please no smoking/vaping on the premises (inside or out). No pets. No parties or drugs.

Historic Avenues District near downtown Salt Lake City. Groceries just a couple blocks away. Restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. A small park overlooking the capital building is just a block away (perfect for watching the sunset). If you are feeling adventurous you can access Memory Grove Park from a switch-back ramp at the top of this park (near 8th Ave). You can also walk, bike or drive up to the mouth of City Creek Canyon by heading up B street. If you want to walk downtown, the 4th Avenue steps gives you a scenic route.
