Located in the heart of Geneva, my apartment is a peaceful environment that's well-located for touristic activities and downtown access.
The apartment is well-appointed, and offers ample storage, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. The balcony and outdoor dining set for 2 is the perfect place for coffee or a glass of wine.
The TV holds Netflix and Spotify. There is a work nook, with a desk facing a window and strong Wifi.
The house is well-stocked overall and comfortable. I do note, however, there is leftist political art and books around the home which may not fit the appeal of all.
The apartment requires walking up two flights of stairs to access. There is no elevator. Street parking is possible, but not always easy in Geneva.

Saint-Jean is a lovely Geneva neighborhood, located next to the city center and just downstream from the outlet of Lake Geneva. Saint-Jean is located on a cliff and a plateau, along the right bank of the Rhône.
The neighborhood has many restaurants and cafes, as well as grocery stores and parks. The neighborhood is walkable to downtown, several popular swimming places along the Rhône, and is easily accessible to the UN by a short bus ride. We will happily provide a listing of recommended cafes, restaurants, sites, swimming places, and walking paths for your enjoyment. The apartment is also walking distance to the central train station, and is connected within 3-5 minute walk to primary bus routes (11, 9, 7, 19, 10, etc.), including those going to the airport.

House rules are: no smoking, no parties, no gatherings of more than 4 people, and quiet hours are in place between 10p-8a.
