This brick bungalow was gutted to the studs and remodeled earlier this year. The property offers great accommodations sleeping up to 3 guests. The guest suite has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a dining area, well-equipped kitchenette, a laundry room, and a dedicated working desk. There is highspeed WIFI connection throughout the property.
The living room is equipped with a 50” Smart TV to stream all your favorite apps. The coffee tabletop pops up and can be used as a workstation.
Cook your meals in the well-equipped kitchenette or explore Sugarhouse and experience our amazing local restaurants that cater to every taste bud.
The well-lit bedroom features a queen bed with quality linens and an ample sized closet. The basement bathroom boasts a stand-up shower.
***Please note that this unit is a basement apartment and you will likely hear the pitter patter of the upstairs guests. The apartment also has lower ceilings (approximately 7') with HVAC ducting in certain areas that could pose difficulties and inconvenience for individuals taller than 6'. In addition, the washer/dryer unit is compact and does not have the capacity to do large loads of laundry at one time. If used, please do smaller loads.***
