Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our house is a true family home that will offer you lots of space, light and a relaxing environment to stay in. The house is very modern, built in 2022 within a newly established estate. Our neighbours are some of the nicest we’ve ever encountered and the area is spacious with wide roads and pathways.
There’s plenty of space in our 4 bedroom home which includes a combined kitchen/dining room that’s ideal for friend/family mealtimes. The hallway includes a large handy WC and storage cupboards for your shoes and coats, etc.
The large sitting room has easy access to the garden where you can enjoy a quiet early morning coffee on the patio.
Upstairs, the largest bedroom includes an en suite and wardrobe, with the other three bedrooms taking advantage of a stylish bathroom that includes a bath and an up-and-over shower.
There is plenty of space to park (our house provides a driveway with space for one car and many visitor parking spaces around the estate).

Location
We live in Lancing which is situated between the South Downs and the sea. Nearby is the A27 providing excellent access to Brighton, Worthing, London and all other routes. If you enjoy walking, the beautiful South Downs begin less than 15mins walk from our home. There are lots of places to cycle to including a new country park (part of our estate), Shoreham Airport and Shoreham town, which has lots of individual shops, cafes and river walks.
Shopping
Our nearest shopping area is a 20min walk (or a 5min drive) away, offering a selection of independent and national retailers. There are also cafes, coffee shops, bars, bakeries, take always and restaurants, all within walking distance. Check out - Lancing Beach Green with direct access to the beach and the Perch restaurant for some good food, ice-creams or pizzas, etc.
Train
Lancing mainline train station is also a 20min walk (or a 5min drive) away where you can also find all day parking at the station (currently, all day parking costs £5). Trains to Brighton, Worthing and London run frequently.

Walking from our house to the seafront will take 30mins. There is a shingle beach with good stretches of clean sand at low water. Part of the coast road does not directly adjoin the sea but instead the long and narrow Widewater, a rare brackish lagoon, and the only known location of the probably extinct Ivell's sea anemone. Immediately north of the developed area is Lancing Ring, a Nature Reserve in the South Downs National Park. To the north of that is farmed agricultural downland connected to Lancing College Farm. On its eastern side is Shoreham Airport, the world's oldest continually operated airport, which was an RAF base in World War II.
