The studio is around 28 m2 and it has a small kitchenette, refrigerator, a small balcony, 2 single beds, tv, hair drier, wifi, air condition (cooling and heating) and a small bathroom with shower.
There is a shared swimming pool available in the summer time only (June, July, August, September).
There are sunbeds and tables with chairs around the swimming pool and they are available for the guests.
The studio is located in a small complex of holiday studios and apartments. The terrace and the swimming pool is shared with other people living in this complex of apartments.
A remote BBQ is available upon a request.
There are 12 more studios and apartments in the building.
There is a cleaning fee of 30 euros, for the towels and bed sheets per week, paid upon arrival.
If you book this room, please you have to accept this rule.
Washing machine and dryer are available with a small fee.
