Comfy inner city digs from which to explore Hobart and southern Tasmania. You’ll be on the upper two levels of a conjoined, heritage-listed home in inner West Hobart. It has cheery, contemporary décor with most mod-cons. (No coffee machine! But the closest coffee is only a short walk away). There are 2 attic bedrooms with 1 double and 1 queen bed; laundry; bathroom with toilet and shower; fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking and separate lounge room with TV. Wifi, heatpump. panel heater and electric blankets.
It’s a compact but complete space, suitable for a couple or up to 4 people. (NB both bedrooms are upstairs).
The house is non-smoking and pet free.
I live in the downstairs which is self contained with a separate entrance.
Please note there is no off street parking and street parking is resident permit parking - Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm parking without a permit is for only 2 hours (no restrictions in the evenings and weekends)

A great location, walking distance to the CBD, Salamanca Place and North Hobart. Lots to do in easy proximity – cinema, shopping, markets, entertainment and some of the city’s best foodie haunts.
Salamanca Place (our most famous bar and entertainment area and market place every Saturday morning) and the Brooke Street Pier (where ferries depart to MONA) are 1km away. Walking in the other direction, North Hobart is 1.5kms away (State Cinema and numerous bars and restaurants).
