This renovated end-unit townhouse with tons of natural sunlight and beautiful forest and mountain views. Spacious 4 bedroom layout with 4 bathrooms, 2 with bathtubs, across 4 levels including a large loft. Brand new appliances shine in our newly renovated kitchen with gorgeous black and gold granite countertops. Enter the townhouse via the large shared deck area with NO stairs from the parking lot (VERY rare in Tahoe) to the main level, which has a large living area, dining and bar seating, and a stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook epic meals. The loft is upstairs equipped with a king bed, private bathroom with tub, and a separate sitting area. The lower level has a large master bedroom with private deck and king bed, and a smaller office / bedroom with Queen Murphy bed. The bottom level has a twin over queen bunk bed with a private bathroom and private deck. Outside is a propane firepit and grill on the deck. Access to skiing and outdoor recreation couldn’t be easier- you can ski through the woods to the high speed Stagecoach lift, take the ski bus across the street, or drive around the corner to the lift parking loft.

Right next to the Heavenly Resort in South Lake Tahoe, 1 minute shuttle ride to the ski lift, or ski through the woods directly to the ski lift. 10 minutes from epic beaches, casinos, and new event center. Neighborhood market and bar/restaurant 2 minute drive away.

Our home is kid friendly with gates for the stairs. Loaded with kids toys if you have little ones either you.

House cleaning is very expensive in Tahoe. For all stays there will be a $175 cleaning fee payable via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or cash.
We almost always will only accept 2 day minimum stays.
