My house is very large, but only one room is available. There is a full bathroom, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The neighborhood where I live is very peaceful, as it is a residential area. We are located in one of the best areas of León. One of the city's most important shopping centers is 30 minutes away, and there is a Walmart Express just 5 minutes away. A block from the house, there is a pharmacy, a café, and an Oxxo.
By car, we are 30 minutes from the historic center, and by bus, it takes about an hour. Along the avenue, you will find many nice cafés, and if you prefer a more commercial option, there is also a Starbucks nearby. I recommend the Broka café, which is very charming, and there is also a delicious churro place called El Canelo.
You will mainly find restaurants, cafés, and a small diner that opens only in the evening. In the mornings, there are local spots selling homemade food to go.
