Welcome to our serene and comfortable home!
Set on a higher floor of a modern, low-rise building, our bright, breezy apartment offers a peaceful retreat from Bangkok’s vibrant energy just steps away. Though centrally located, it’s remarkably quiet—a restful haven after a day exploring the city.
The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and its own bathroom, making it ideal for small families or two couples. For extra flexibility, there’s a guest bed with a pull-out trundle in the living room, perfect for young children. Every room has air conditioning, and we kindly ask guests to help conserve energy by keeping windows closed when using it and turning it off when leaving the room.
The living room is spacious with a large leafy balcony and a fully equipped kitchen.
The building has a fantastic 25-meter rooftop pool, a well-equipped gym, and a sauna. It’s a quiet spot for a morning swim or an afternoon workout away from the city’s buzz.
Just outside, you’ll find everything Sukhumvit has to offer—amazing food, lively bars, and easy public transport, all only a short walk away. We hope you’ll feel as at home here as we do when we have a break in Bangkok.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
Our condo is in the middle of a quiet street yet only a 5 min walk to Sukhumvit soi 11, a busy nightlife area with good restaurants and lively bars and clubs. There are convenience stores and a supermarket 5-10 min down the road. We are in the center of the Sukhumvit area with easy access to the skytrain (BTS Nana station is 10 min on foot) and the subway (MRT Sukhumvit 5 min using the condo free bi-hourly shuttle) that can bring you to the most popular shopping malls as well as the tourist sights. You can also hop on a ferry boat at the end of the street to experiment water transport like a local. Our home guide will give you plenty of recommendations for places to visit, eat, shop at.

Our trusted housekeeper comes twice a week to keep things fresh and tidy, and she’ll handle the linens as well. There’s a small cleaning fee of 400 baht (Or about 10 euros) to help maintain this service.
If you require our helper’s services for baby sitting, cleaning or doing the laundry (for a fee) please let us know in advance.
Our house is a non smoking house. No smoking in and on the balcony please. We love pets but cannot accept them at our home, sorry. The building has a strict no pets policy.
