An idyllic, one-bedroom, tropical island apartment, with a private garden and Indian Ocean marina views, located in the exclusive Eden Island residential resort & marina in the Seychelles.
Eden Island is a reclaimed coral island, connected to Mahé, the largest island in the Seychelles archipelago, by a driveable bridge. Spanning 56 hectares of tropical paradise, Eden Island is surrounded by azure waters and offers exceptional privacy and security.
The resort boasts 5-star facilities, including four beautiful palm-fringed beaches with great swimming and snorkeling (all within walking distance), three swimming pools, padel and tennis courts, a gym, and a park with children's play areas.
Our apartment has a light and airy open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, a small dining area, and a spacious sitting room with a TV. This flows to a covered, shuttered verandah equipped with a gas barbecue and outdoor sitting/dining area, overlooking a garden that leads to the marina and ocean.
The king-size bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a double-basin vanity, a shower, and a separate toilet. It opens onto a small tropical courtyard.
The living room couch can be converted into a single or double bed, making it suitable for children or an additional adult.
Kitchen appliances include a dishwasher and washer/dryer. All rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning, and the TV provides access to over 100 channels via the DSTV East Africa premium package. .
The apartment comes with an EPV (electrically powered vehicle or golf buggy) for your personal use around Eden Island. Drivers must be over 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
All linens and towels are provided, and daily, bi-weekly, or weekly cleaning services can be arranged.
This property serves as a second home, and we are open to non-simultaneous home exchanges.

A short 12-minute drive from Mahé International Airport, Eden Island can easily be reached by car or taxi. Free covered parking is available for residents at the resort entrance; thereafter Eden Island is traversable only on foot, or by EPV (golf buggy) and bicycle – adding to its quiet exclusivity. This is a place to slow down, take it easy, and discover the delights of island life.
Eden Island’s beautiful beaches offer safe swimming in warm turquoise waters and excellent snorkeling. Yacht and fishing charters are available nearby, as is a dive centre.
There is only one restaurant within the Eden Island resort – open for breakfast lunch, and dinner - but there are many nearby dining options. Eden Plaza is an easy stroll (or golf buggy ride) away - and there you will find an array of restaurants and boutiques, plus a supermarket, Italian deli, pharmacy, spa, doctor's rooms, and banking facilities.
While it may be tempting to simply relax on Eden Island for the duration of your holiday, it is worth exploring the sights and delights of Mahé by car – or venturing further, to one of the outer islands by sea or air.
Mahé has much to offer: from world-rated postcard-perfect beaches including Beavallon, Anse Soleil, and Port Launay, to the small and colourful capital, Victoria. Here, you can shop for crafts, spices, and fresh produce at the market or try Creole cuisine. Victoria’s sights include the National Museum and ‘Little Ben’, a smaller replica of London’s Big Ben clock tower. Nature lovers will enjoy a visit to Mahe's Botanical Garden, with its endemic flora and fauna, including giant tortoises, as well as the hiking trails of the Morne Seychellois National Park. And no visit to Seychelles would be complete without a rum tasting at the Takamaka distillery.
