Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our home is situated on an acre one a quiet dead end street. It has the feel of rural but only about a mile from main street restaurants, grocery store and post office, and quaint shops. It is a 2 story home with an open floor plan and lots of natural light. The main floor has a great room with a kitchen and family room and fireplace. There is also a half bath and laundry closet with washer/dryer. The great room opens up to a large deck outside with a hot tub, patio furniture, and views of Mount Timpanogos. The main floor also has a master suite with king size bed and full bath.
Upstairs, the loft has a sectional couch and large 75" TV with full bath just off of it. There are two bedrooms and a playroom upstairs as well. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, Bedroom #2 is small with a single size loft bed which requires climbing a ladder. The playroom has toys and a single bed in the back portion of it.
The backyard has a henhouse with 10 chickens. In the summer months we have a vegetable garden and a firepit for roasting s'mores. It backs up to a pasture with sheep and goats and houses on the far side of that.

Our street is quiet and lined with homes all on an acre + of land. We are within walking distance to restaurants and the quaint shops on Main Street. We are about 20-25 minute drive from Sundance, Park City and Deer Valley.
Midway has a grocery store and post office, a darling bookshop and delicious bakery among other things. For more shopping options you can drive 5-7 minutes to Heber City where you will find a Walmart, a giant new Smiths, and many other shops and services.

**Our highest priority exchange is the North Shore of Oahu as that was home for us and we love to get back as often as possible! We are currently looking for a longer exchange in the first few months of 2026.
We love all sorts of travel. We would be open to a longer exchange of several weeks/months somewhere and are especially drawn to warm and beachy locations especially in the winter months
Our dates may be more flexible than what our calendar shows. Depending on family and work situation. It would most often be 2-3 of us traveling as our other two are in college.
