Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
My home is a modern two-story townhouse. It is light an airy and has everything you could need on a holiday.
Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and livingroom plus a garage with internal access. The garage fits a smallish car but I have a permit for street parking for a larger vehicle. Downstairs opens onto a leafy deck with outdoor dining table and chairs, a sun umbrella and an electric bbq.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double. There is one bathroom with bath, sep shower, toilet and laundry.
There is reverse cycle heating/cooling downstairs and in each bedroom.
Smoke alarms are fitted upstairs and down.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
The Richmond neighbourhood is innercity and close to all Melbourne can offer.
My home is the perfect starting point for any Melbourne adventure. You can walk to the Melbourne Cricket Ground, AAMI Park, Rod Laver Arena, and Melbourne's central business district, or indulge in some retail therapy at the popular Bridge Road shopping and restaurant precinct. Swan Street shops and restaurants are on your doorstep.
Take the opportunity to attend a cricket or football match at the famous MCG or, on non-event days, you can take a tour of the hallowed ground or visit the renowned museum of sport.
A short tram trip will have you in the fashion meccas of South Yarra and Toorak and trendy Chapel Street — renowned for their designer and speciality shops — or Victoria Street — the heart of Vietnamese Melbourne. Also the Como, Jam Factory and Lido Cinemas are a short tram ride away.
You can walk to the Botanic Gardens in 20 minutes. After enjoying a walk through the gardens you can settle in one of its restaurants or kiosks or take a picnic.
It is approx. a 15 minute walk to the Epworth Hospital for people visiting sick relatives or friends.
Southern Cross Railway Station, Telstra Dome, Docklands, the New Quay restaurants are all easily accessible by tram. From the city you can change trams to go to St Kilda where you can walk the waterfront and visit Acland Street, famous for its cake shops/cafes.
Melbourne’s CBD is a maze of wonderful arcades and lanes full of delights for shoppers, diners and walkers: http://www.visitvictoria.com/
The central city's highlights are numerous but a visit could include: the free city circle tram; the newly refurbished State Library with its restored domed reading room; Southbank on the edge of the Yarra opposite Flinders St Station; the laneways and arcades, especially the Block Arcade and the Royal Arcade; the National Gallery, Federation Square, the Crown Casino complex with its designer shops and riverside restaurants.
