Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

We live in a beautiful, colourful house full of character and comfort with our 2 kids, aged 10 and 8, and our 2 ragdoll cats. The house is about 100 years old but we have been renovating it over the last 7 years to make sure it is cosy, warm and welcoming and has all the amenities to ensure a stay here is super convenient and relaxing. It definitely has a fun eclectic vibe, and there is no sign of minimalism; but it has a happy vibe that is sure to make your stay very pleasant. When away our main priority is having someone who adores our beloved and beautiful Ragdoll cats as much as we do, and will be able to give them the love and cuddles they need.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier

We live in a lovely neighbourhood called Newton. Our house sits in a cal-di-sac with just a handful of other houses making it safe. And just a 3 minute walk up the hill are 2 lovely village pubs, (1 with great food), a striking historic church, a children's playground, and just 10mins from the house a stunning beach with coastal paths in either direction as far as the eye can see. Walk to the right and the path will take you directly to the town, and to the left you will be transported into a vast expanse of unspoilt dunes until you finally reach the quaint village of Merthyw Mawr, Ogmore by Sea or Sutherndown. Porthcawl town, just a 20min walk, has all the amenities you could need from independent shops, many coffee shops, a few great restaurants and a lovely Harbour. There is also a fabulous and new sports centre just a little further on, in Rest Bay, where you can enjoy anything from surfing to paddle boarding and wind surfing.

We have electric car charging point, surf boards, bikes, wet suits of all sizes and loads of toys, balls, swings and slides for kids to play on.

The house has optic fibre Internet and 2 smart tvs and a full sonos system throughout the house.
