Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our home is a spacious, sunbathed apartment on the third floor of an apartment building, located 7 minutes on foot from Kerameikos metro stop.
It includes a large, cosy, living room, a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The living room consists of two rooms that can be separated by sliding doors if you wish to use one of them as a bedroom, for example.
We have plenty of books in English, Greek, French, Italian and Danish, two large sofas, one of which turns into a comfortable double bed, an armchair, and an upright piano.
All along the living room there is the front balcony, with small table and two chairs, ideal for a romantic dinner. The balcony sees to the west, and has stunning views of the surrounding mountains, especially during the sunset.
There are no neighbors next or across the apartment, which gives the impression of extreme privacy.
The bathroom is spacious, equipped with a shower, toilet, cabinets, wooden shelves for personal use, as well as washing machine.
The kitchen shares the same small balcony with the bedroom, which we would highly recommend for a peaceful dinner. You will find a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals and eat.
The bedroom contains a queen size bed and spacious closets for your clothing.
There is no central heating although there is AC in all primary rooms that you are more than welcome to use for heating or cooling.
All rooms have been decorated with much love and care. The apartment exudes a minimal and at the same time happy and cosy feeling.

The apartment is located 7 minutes on foot from Kerameikos metro station. The area is very central and lively, with lots of bars, coffee shops, restaurants, clubs and historical sights, all easily accessible by foot.
For those who are planning to use a car during their stay, there is street parking available at all times! Most likely you will be able to find a spot right downstairs or a few meters away from our building's front door.
