After a severe burnout in New York City, I toured around Asia and found this gem of a place. In 2 years, I built this place as a vacation home + art residency space for myself and friends in creative fields. It’s in prime Mae Rim, sitting on 64,000 sq. ft. of land with a front yard and orchard, and the house itself is 18,000 sq. ft. with 7BR + 7BA (plus extra rooms). It comes with — no exaggeration — two personal parks. The place has been a place of deep rest, art projects, and a lot of music jam sessions.
The home comes with a full-time gardener and housekeeper who are here 7 days a week—they’re like family and take great care of the space. I’d love for whoever stays to be someone who appreciates and respects the home’s energy.

The house sits right at the intersection of two worlds—where the bustling Nimmanhaemin (Nimman) city center meets the scenic Mae Rim countryside. This means you get the best of both worlds: the convenience of city life and the peace of nature.

• Located just 10 minutes from Chiang Mai’s world-famous Four Seasons Hotel, the house shares the same lush, natural surroundings—misty mornings, cool mountain air, and stunning views.
• Nearby, you’ll find waterfalls, flower farms, hot springs, and hiking trails, making it a perfect retreat for nature lovers.
Convenient & Connected:
• 5-minute walk to a local farmer’s market with incredibly fresh produce every day (4–6PM).
• 1-minute walk to the well equipped Day Gym
• 10-minute drive to major conveniences:
• Makro (Thailand’s version of Costco)
• Rimping Market (a premium grocery store similar to Whole Foods)
• A weekly night market, plenty of coffee shops, a swimming pool, and more.
• 20-minute drive to Nimmanhaemin (Nimman)—Chiang Mai’s trendy district with cafes, restaurants, and co-working spaces.
• 20-minute drive to Prem Tinsulanonda International School.
