Lovely decorated two bedroom apartment of appr. 120 m2 at the top floor of a charming villa from the late 1800's. The apartment has generous social and work areas and is characterized by our interest in interior design.
The house was fully renovated in 2018 and has a modern standard with all the charm preserved.
5 rooms plus a large well-equipped kitchen with a separate dining area for 8-10 persons.
Two large living rooms, one of which is used as a TV room.
2 bedrooms – one with a double bed 160 cm and one with a comfortable sofa bed 140 cm. In addition, there is a sofa for 1 person in the TV room.
Wonderful bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC. plus a separate WC.
Wifi of course and smart TV with Apple TV unit.
Private garden and free parking for 1 car.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier

The house is located in charming Bergshamra By in Solna, just on lake Brunnsviken in the Royal National City Park of Stockholm. You find wonderful paths for walking/jogging/trekking right outside the door. Stay in the nature close-by, or walk through the park all the way to Stockholm city (4-5 km). Take a swim in the lake when you get back home.
Only 5-6 minutes walk to grocery stores, restaurants and the subway station from where you reach central Stockholm in 5 minutes.
The nearest airport bus stop is only 10 minutes walk from our house and the bus ride is 25 minutes to/from Stockholm-Arlanda Airport.
The royal castle Ulriksdals slott, with its beautiful park open to visitors 24/7, is a mere 20 minutes walk away. If you walk to the city through the park Hagaparken you'll pass another royal castle, Haga slott, where Sweden's crown princess Victoria and her family lives.

Children are welcome as long as they don't mess around and touch everything. This is because our home is exclusively decorated with a lot af books and nice things within easy reach.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
