Spend the holidays in our cozy home right in the center of ski/winter wonderland! Our home is our favorite place to be. It's open, spacious, stylish, unique, classy and cozy, all at the same time. It is filled with light and fun cozy nooks. Everyone who walks into our home falls in love. It's conducive to gathering together and enjoying each other's company.

We live in the safe and beautiful "canyon rim" neighborhood, right at the base of parley's canyon. Our street is quiet and our backyard looks over the great Mt. Olympus mountains.
We are a 10 min drive to incredible hiking, picnicking and mountain biking destinations up Millcreek and Parley's canyon. We are 30 min to 6 world class ski resorts (Deer Valley, Park City, Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton). and just 15 min from downtown Salt Lake City and the University of Utah. Grocery stores, shops and restaurants are closeby. We're a short walk to Canyon Rim park where you can find brand new pickle-ball courts and amazing summer outdoor concerts and Tanner Park where you can play tennis and walk your dog through amazing open space. Neighbors are friendly and helpful.

We have an adorable white lab named Scout. She is extremely well trained, only allowed on the first floor (not in bedrooms) and stays outside most of the time. If you're not up for having a dog around, our neighbors all fight to keep her when we travel, so no problem.
