Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our home is a 3+ storied architect designed house built in the 1980's. The top story has the Master bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower and bath, and separate toilet. As you proceed downstairs to the landing, there is a bedroom with a single bed. At the bottom of these stairs is our main living area with a large living area, dining room and large kitchen. There is also a small bathroom on this level. Entry from the street is at this level. The bottom floor of the house has a study, a double bedroom and a small bathroom.
The house overlooks a garden area which is accessed down an outdoor stairway. There is a smaller garden area accessed directly from the dining area, and suitable for outdoor eating when the weather permits. There are also extensive decks on the bottom 2 floors of the house.
We also have a self-contained cottage which is close to the house on street level but this is not available for exchange as it is rented on a long term basis.
Because of the internal stairs, this house would not be suitable for small children.

We live very close to Cuba St in central Wellington where there are a lot of cafes known for good coffee and many restaurants serving a wide range of food. You can also find quirky little shops, second hand shops and a good cinema in the Cuba St area. A bit further afield is the central business area of Wellington and our national museum Te Papa. We are also about 20 minutes walk from Victoria University, or 25 minutes to the Wellington branch of Otago University or 10 minutes to Massey University. We are also close to Parliament, 30 minute walk.
We are also a few minutes walk from Central Park and access to the City to Sea walkway.
Wellington is a coastal city situated on a beautiful harbour with many beaches, the closest is Oriental Parade which is a 10 minute drive, or you can get there via cycle along dedicated cycle lanes, or on foot.
