Classic late 19th century Lawrenceville rowhouse, bought and (mostly) renovated in 2022.
First floor: Large living room seating. Big TV - tons of streaming apps - and Sonos system for guest's use. Generous dining table for eight + breakfast nook. Updated kitchen with new appliances. Espresso machine.
Second floor: Two bedrooms, primary has a king (76" x 80" or ~ 190cm x 200cm) size bed, and the other has a queen (60" x 80" or ~ 150cm x 200cm) size bed. Second bedroom has two desks with ultrawide monitors for remote work. Washer/dryer in a laundry room.
Outside: Covered porch with couch seating, and backyard with seating as well. Ooni pizza oven and charcoal grill. 48 Amp Level 2 electric car charger (CCS/J1772).
We do have a dog - who will often travel with us - and the house will be clean for use but folks allergic to pet hair might not be comfortable in our house.

Situated just minutes away from Pittsburgh’s best attractions, you'll have easy access to restaurants, quirky boutiques, local breweries, and lively coffee shops. It's a very walkable area, with most everyday needs being accessible on foot. Public transit is barely a minute's walk away and access to highways is fast as well. Multi-use trails are right nearby too for biking, walking and running. The neighborhood streets are bike-friendly as well.

We have two e-bikes, and two other bicycles as well. Let us know if you'd like to use them. There is a parking spot next to the house, which is mostly free, and where we charge our car normally. Parking is also available on-street, and it isn't difficult to find a parking spot nearby (just ask us for a recommendation and we can guide you to the easiest spots).
