This well maintained modern apartment is a peaceful, comfortable and convenient place for you to enjoy.
Your private terrace offers a +90º degrees wide ocean view with couches and a lounger so you can enjoy:
- the pool and the garden around it
- lots of tree-tops
- tip of Cabo Blanco Absolute Natural Reserve
- the ocean in front of Malpaís, Playa Carmen, Playa Santa Teresa South and Playa Santa Teresa North
- birds everyday and monkeys a couple times per month
The apartment also includes:
- Two bedrooms with queen size beds, nightstands, sun-shades and A/C.
- One modern bathroom with hot water.
- Equipped kitchen for you to cook your favorite meals.
- Luminous living room with sun-shades.
- One table in the living room and a small desk in the secondary bedroom; plus a office chair.
- Shared pool and exterior shower.
- Shared space with a hose to wash your surf board or wash the sand off.

This apartment is located in Santa Teresa North, specifically Calle Castillo neighborhood! It's located high above the beach tree-line and only a 5 min walk to the beach near La Lora surf break, restaurants and shops. Ani's Bowls, Muchacha and shops are 180 meters away, Muzza Pizza is 200 meters away, Chez Coco French Bistró is 250 meters away, Somos Café is 300 meters away, etc.

- Wi-Fi with redundant Internet links:
a. Kölbi fiber optics 100/12 Mbps

c. Starlink 200/20 Mbps
- Cleaning service is included every 4th day (except Sundays).
- Basic washing and drying service can be hired for a cost (~$25 per bag), takes 1-2 business days, the machines are only accesible by the maid.
*Please Note*:
- To have this amazing view and being so close to the beach, the 75 meter concrete road up the property is a very steep one.
- Santa Teresa is a rural town still developing, new constructions start and finish every couple months around town, and if they are close to the complex, you'll listen to them, specially from the balcony. If you want updated info regarding this topic, please ask before making your reservation, we'll be happy to answer any concerns!
A steep part of the concrete road and driveway up the property requires an ATV (quad) or a high clearance 4x4 vehicle to make the drive up smoothly. We recommend a car no bigger than a Toyota Prado or 4-Runner.
If your vehicle is not a high clearance 4x4 or ATV, we can recommend a place to park in the public road.
Walking up these 75 meters requires good legs and a fairly good shape. People of a certain weight and age could have difficulties to manage that short steep section.
Mobile Coverage on site: at least two bars are possible from all Mobile Internet Service Providers: Kölbi, Claro and Movistar. Mostly 3G, sometimes 4G.
Basic wash, dry and fold services for guests' items/clothing can be hired for an additional cost following instructions printed on a bag located in the drawer at the living room of the apartment.
A few activities you can do in the area:
- Relax and rest ;-)
- Rent a quad bike
- Attend a yoga class (private or in group)
- Take surf lessons
- Take Spanish classes
- Get a massage
- Go horseback riding on the beach
- Check for meteor showers
- Bioluminescence tours
