In Claremont, our home is ideally located in the middle of Perth City and Cottesloe beaches, with all surrounding suburbs a short 10-15 mins drive.
Centrally located our home is ideal for exploring and visiting friends and family in Perth, or if you are here for work purposes.
Two level story home.
Upstairs has 3 King sized bedrooms all with their own ensuites (walk in showers + toilet), the third bedroom is currently setup as the upstairs indoor sauna room (we can arrange for a bed if required to be a third bedroom - you will see the ensuite setup and walk in wardrobe for this room).
Downstairs has a dedicated office, kitchen, dining and lounge room, and outside alfresco area with an ice bath and BBQ should you wish to use either, as well as the laundry includes separate washing machine and dryer.
Garage is split for car and a half home gym setup, as well as plenty of parking on the verge (private parking for this residence) and driveway - you are more than welcome to have use to the car!

House has a lot of flexibility to suit individuals, couples or families - just let us know what works for you and I am sure we can make it work. There is also a train line across the road (1 minute walk) which can easily take you into Perth city, down to Fremantle and everywhere else in between (Claremont, Cottesloe, Mosman Park etc).
If new to Perth - great coastline of beaches, Rottnest Island (15 min ferry ride) has some great restaurants, beaches, bike rides, short stay accommodation and great day-trips for families, downsouth to Margaret River (3 hour drive) has fantastic wineries, restaurants and more beaches. Airport is nearby and accessible via train which is great if you use our place as a base to check out other states such as NSW, Victoria or Tasmania.
