Are you looking to experience the joys of Mexico from the comforts of a beautiful home on a cobblestone street in a secure gated community? Perhaps this spacious colonial residence with its colorful display of authentic Mexican tiles throughout and the lush private garden is just the place for you to unwind & relax after a busy day in San Miguel de Allende. You'll be welcomed into the property via an expansive entry with a water feature & domed brick ceiling. The focal point of the ground floor is the comfortable living room with its warming fireplace & large screen TV. Floor to ceiling arched windows/doors beam light into the room and allow a stunning visual of the exterior patio with the adjacent lush garden & water fountain. The activity/entertaining center of the home is the fully functioning kitchen with its elongated granite counter center island. There are multiple stools for seating and plenty of room to move about. Kitchen also has open dual brick archways providing both access & views of both formal dining (seating for 10) & living rooms. Two ensuite bedrooms complete the main floor along with a powder bath, laundry room, interior garden room and ensuite office/bedroom/maid quarters. Up a flight a stairs you'll find two more ensuite bedrooms with brick domed ceilings & an outdoor patio.. An exterior set of stairs will take you to a lovely terrace with table & seating to enjoy golf course views and the famed sunsets that define San Miguel de Allende.

Home is in the gated golf community of Mesa de Malanquin (Malanquin Golf Course) directly across the street from the golf course. The main plaza of San Miguel is 2 miles away. Both La Comer & City Market, the two large grocery stores in town, are a one mile flat walk from the home. Bus stops are located just out front of the gated entrance to the community. Taxis can be called/scheduled to the front door & will take you to town in just minutes. Children's play area on the street just a few homes away. Plenty of flat walking areas in the neighborhood.

Visitors to San Miguel de Allende fly into Queretaro International Airport (QRO) or León International Airpot (BJX) then take the secure & reasonably priced shuttle service, BajioGo. BajioGo can be scheduled ahead of time and will conveniently drop passengers off at the front door to the home. Both airports are about 1.5 hours from the property.
