Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

Our home is a modern recently refurbished apartment on the 11th floor of a complex with some of the most spectacular views of the Andaman Sea, and surrounding areas. It is a place to relax and unwind or launch into the amazing heritage listed Georgetown culture a short 20 minute ride away. Or just relax at the kid friendly pool. Or if feeling energetic, have a quick workout in the airconditioned Gym.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier

We are almost equidistance between George Town and the tourist areas of Batu Ferringhi. Both of which can be reached using the regular 101 or 102 (>US$1.00 pp) bus at the bottom of the road, or the very efficient and cheap Grab (Uber) share ride, in as little as 20 minutes. A grab fair into town will cost you between US$5.00 and US$7.00. We have some amazing (famous Penang) street food, just a shorth 10 -15 minute walk from the apartment.

Whether you are a fitness junkie and love hiking through the botanical Gardens, or along Monkey Beach or just want to indulge yourself in some of the worlds most diverse cuisine from the local food courts, or top end Restaurants', they are all within 15 to 30 minute drive (Grab). Alternatively, you could go for a morning walk on the beach, which is only a 15 minute walk from our front door.

Our home is not ideal for families with very young children and respectively request that children accompanying their parents should be 10yrs or older.

As Penang Island is only 5 deg north of the equator the daily temperature is between 30 and 33 deg every day with high humidity. International guests appreciate air conditioning after a day of exploring. You will be pleased to know we have AC in every room. However, we ask that you close windows and doors when in use to help keep the cooling efficient and please DO NOT leave the AC on when you leave the apartment as it is both unnecessary and expensive to run.
