My house is a well designed ranch, with a fabulous screened in porch, and a fully enclosed back yard complete with salt water hot tub and hammock.
House:
Professionally cleaned monthly; whole house humidifier for comfortable heat in the winter; and a Blue Air Purifier for dust, allergens and virus control. In the spring we enjoy our whole house fan with brand new screened tinted windows, and in the summer we use the efficient new HVAC.
Three bedrooms and two full baths; one with bathtub, the other a newly renovated walk in shower.
1 king bed( semi firm), 1 queen bed (more firm), 1 full bed (memory foam). Twin air mattress also available. Hardwood floors throughout with tile in bathrooms. This house works well for wheelchairs and walkers/rollers, as we’ve had to use both ourselves.
Living and dining room in the front of the house, kitchen and den (with gas fireplace) in the back with french doors to the screened in porch. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with washer and dryer on the north side of the ranch. Garage off the kitchen.
Kitchen has glass top electric range, magic chef microwave, Bosch dishwasher, Frigidaire fridge with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, and Delonghi toaster oven, Cuisinart electric kettle, and a Delonghi fully automatic espresso machine for coffee, lattes, and espresso.
Honeycomb insulating room darkening shades through out house; shades in living room and dining room are top down /bottom up for privacy.
Ceiling fans in every room with remotes.
Smart tv in living room.
Yard:
Shaded backyard with 6’ privacy fence with single gate on one side and double gate for the driveway. Basketball hoop and basketball. Front yard great for playing corn hole,soccer or badminton, we’ve got all three! Charcoal grill available. Hammock on stand for relaxing.
Porch:
Porch has electric, with lights and a fan. Two very comfortable swivel chairs, with chaise sectional, and a pub table with chairs, and rug.
Six person salt water hot tub, 7’ x 7’, with two steps and handrail. Semi covered.
Garage:
Single car garage. Electric Vehicle charger (Volkswagen)- Tesla adapter available.
Two adult bikes available as well as kick scooters,a beach wagon, beach chairs and beach umbrella for the lake!

Quaint Watson Park is within view from my front door; this beautiful park has playground with swings, picnic tables under a shelter, and a free library as well as a large field and backstop.

1 1/2 miles to Anderson University and downtown Anderson.
2.3 miles to Anderson Sports & Entertainment Center, home to competitions, concerts and fairs!
15 miles to Clemson University and downtown Clemson.
Lastly only 7.9 miles to Green Pond Landing of our beautiful Lake Hartwell. Many parks on the lake to explore; Sadlers Creek State Park, Persimmon Beach among some!
