Live like a local with this spacious and bright 1BR/1 Bath Apt is centrally located in buzzing Midtown. It's fully furnished and tastefully decorated. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove top, microwave, full size fridge, Keurig coffee pod maker in the living area. It has an AC unit in the bedroom in the summer as well as a ceiling fan. There's also a ceiling fan in the main living area . There is a study area with a desk and chair in the bedroom. New LVP in the bedroom so there is NO carpet inside the apt. There is an electric built in wall heater in the living room and bedroom. There are 2 good sized closets. There is a shared washer & dryer down the hall that guests are able to use free of charge. **Note the unit is located on the 2nd floor so it requires climbing a set of stairs.

The apts are located in Midtown at the corner of Boise and N 4th St. The location is super convenient, steps from a large supermarket (Safeway), great restaurants (Bluebird, Capones), shops, 2 mins to get onto the highway, 5 min drive to the Lake, and retail stops below incl a coffee/ice cream shop. There's also a fantastic organic grocer just a 10 min walk up N St called Pilgrim's Market that also has a cafe with a salad/soup/hot bar and the best juices/smoothies. There is a free public carpark next door or street parking, never had issues with any tenants/guests. There's a bus stop just in front and parks nearby. jYou're a 10-15 min walk to the Lake and Tubbs Hill. Ample free parking along the road.

Sorry no pets and cannot accommodate between May 15-Sep 10 and other 3 day holiday weekends. There is a $100 cleaning fee for all stays.
