Welcome to our charming home in Evergreen, Colorado—a true mountain retreat!
Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features ample outdoor space, allowing you to fully enjoy the stunning surroundings. The large deck with seating and dining areas is perfect for outdoor meals, while the front porch invites you to relax with your morning coffee or a good book. We also have another cozy patio for added outdoor enjoyment.
Inside, you'll find an open kitchen fully equipped for any home chef, as Ken, an avid cook, has ensured it's stocked with everything you'll need. The main floor includes a comfortable family room with super comfy seating and a TV, ideal for unwinding. On the lower level, you'll find another family room with a large sectional couch, a TV, and a far-infrared sauna—perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor adventures.
Our home offers plenty of sleeping options for your group. The two bedrooms on the lower level each come with queen-sized memory foam beds and in-room sinks. A third bedroom has a desk for a quiet space to work or relax, along with an optional single bed. There are two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower for your convenience.
For added comfort and convenience, there is also a spacious exercise room with a Peloton bike, weights, a vibration plate, and space for stretching. This room can easily be converted into an extra bedroom with a queen blow-up mattress or twin bed. We have excellent WiFi Internet coverage and speakers for your music,

Nestled in the scenic mountain town of Evergreen, the area provides easy access to some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails, perfect for every skill level, and a beautiful lake that rents kayaks and stand-up paddleboards in the summer. Evergreen also has a charming downtown area with restaurants, art galleries, cute shops, as well as a winery and a brewery. Right across from our subdivision, you'll find an open space area home to the largest elk population in North America. It's not uncommon to experience a traffic jam in town when the herd crosses the road!
