Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
The apartment is part of a bigger family house where we live together with 3 generations. Even though it's on the ground floor, there is quite a bit of light and the living room even has some views over the city of Freiburg, as we are located on a small hill.
Note that we just moved into this new place, the pictures reflect the current status, we are still in the process of getting fully established.
During school time, Mayumi uses the living room for teaching violin for kids, so it's a bit set up like a music studio. There's also a piano you are free to use. The bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are spacious. There's a dining table in the kitchen large enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.
We may or may not live ourselves in the main house during your stay.

Our apartment is located it Freiburg-St. Georgen, a nice and calm neighborhood that has retained some village charm, as it used to be independent before the 1930s.
The city center is only 15 minutes away by tram/bus or bicycle. The bus station is a 3 min walk, the tram station Vauban around 7 min. There are several bakeries, cafes and restaurants within a 10 min. walk. In the summer there's a large public outdoor swimming pool. The famous eco-friendly neighborhood Vauban is also withing walking distance.
Also, right next to the house hiking trails start through the vineyards and up the Schönberg mountain, connecting to Schauinsland and deeper into the Black Forest.
