It's a true refuge in the heart of a big city, where I feel so calm and peaceful. It's very close to the main points of interest and visits for all types of tastes, especially arts, gastronomy, culture and music. My home is a fully equipped loft where I feel very comfortable. It has all the amenities and accessories that make everyday life easier. It is a shiny space and with excellent natural ventilation. This space enjoys rare privileges in the city, such as tranquility and silence, including birdwatching on the terrace and a view of the sunset and treetops. At my building we also have an infinity pool, overlooking the tree-lined neighborhood and the most beautiful sunsets. It is one of the most privileged views in the city. We also have a wet sauna and academy. It's also a quiet and noble neighborhood.

It is located on a quiet, tree-lined residential street, while being just a 1-minute walk from a large avenue with markets, pharmacies and shops, and just 750 meters from the Vila Madalena subway station (a very good one to be at), at the west side of the city (it's the noble side of the city). The Vila Madalena neighborhood is an upscale neighborhood in the city, known for being a neighborhood of arts, music, culture and gastronomy, which makes it one of the favorite destinations for tourists. But I also know the best non tourist points to feel safe and enjoy much inner culture and arts.

I am a designer specializing in books. I'm very organized and careful person. I was born in the city and I know many artistic collectives and groups, as well as unconventional art and culture spaces. I participate in some small communities that takes care of the neighborhood. I own a small left wing publishing house since 2011, and I would love to exchange more about book design and illustrations and this subjects with my guest. I would be happy to involve the person interested in this field, also. I am a music lover and I play instruments as a hobby.
