Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

Nice House in an old part of the city of Constance. The house was built in 1927 but has been renovated in 2013 on our own and apart from our wooden floors up to modern standards. There's a living room and kitchen in the basement, a child's room and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor, and a sleeping room and bathroom on the 2nd floor. We have a small garden and terrace to the southwest to enjoy the sun with or without a marquee. We also have a small terrace in the east with morning sun, which is great for breakfast! The house is in a quiet and nice part of Constance and on the opposite of the street there's a vineyard, but just a few minutes away from the city and to the lake.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier

We have a lot of families and older people. All are very kind and friendly. The playground is just down the gravel road from our garden and secluded. There's a vineyard across the street and in summer you're woken by the birds singing.
The lake is just a walk away. We're only 10 minutes away from to the nice famous old shopping town of Constance.
