Willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies rund 100 Meter über der Pazifikküste Ecuadors.
Das wunderschöne, modern eingerichtete Gästehaus besticht durch seine Bauweise mit viel Glas. Die großen Fenster schaffen einen beeindruckenden Ausblick auf das unten liegende Meer, den langen Strand mit Strandpromenade sowie die Terrasse mit dem rund 4 Meter breiten und 14 Meter langen Pool mit integriertem Whirlpool.
Das Gästehaus bietet auf rund 75 qm Wohnfläche mit einem Schlafzimmer (Kingsize Bett: 200cm x 200cm), einem begehbaren Schrank, einem Bad mit Dusche und WC, einem Gäste-WC und einem großen Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich viel Komfort und Behaglichkeit.
Das Gästehaus ist ausgestattet mit einem großen Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierfach, einer Waschmaschine, einem Wäschetrockner sowie einem Vierflammen-Gasherd mit Ofen. Die vom Meer kommende Brise strömt in das Haus und kühlt. Zusätzlich sorgen die in den Wohnräumen an der Decke angebrachten Ventilatoren für eine wohltemperierte Atmosphäre.
Das Gästehaus hat von der Straße aus einen barrierefreien Zugang. Die Eingangstür ist rund 2 Meter breit und die Türen im Gästehaus sind ebenfalls barrierefrei und rollstuhlgeeignet (zwischen 85 cm und 90 cm Türbreite). Die Dusche hat einen bodengleichen Zugang, allerdings kann aufgrund der Breite des Duschzugangs die Dusche nicht mit einem Rollstuhl befahren werden.
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei weitere zum Gästehaus zugehörige Gästezimmer; ein Gästezimmer (ca. 16 Quadratmeter) mit Doppelbett (160cm x 200 cm), Sofa, Esstisch und Stühlen sowie einem kleinen Kühlschrank und ein Gästezimmer (ca. 12 Quadratmeter) mit einem Doppelzustellbett mit 140cm x 188 cm. Das dazugehörige Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC (ca. 4 Quadratmeter) ist über den Außenbereich zugänglich.
Zum Gästehaus gehört auch ein überdachter Garagenplatz.
Das Grundstück beträgt insgesamt rund 1640 Quadratmeter, davon rund 1040 Quadratmeter private Gartenanlage mit Wasserlauf und Springbrunnen, Boulodrôme (ca. 5 Meter Breite und 16 Meter Länge), Palmen, Bäumen, Blumen und Kakteen sowie Ruhezonen.
Der Gebäudekomplex besteht aus zwei Häusern: unserem Haupthaus und dem separaten Gästehaus.
Wir stellen das Gästehaus nur in unserer Abwesenheit zur Verfügung. Insofern ist die Intimsphäre der Bewohner des Gästehauses sichergestellt.
Welcome to our little paradise around 100 metres above the Pacific coast of Ecuador.
The beautiful, modern guest house is characterised by its design with lots of glass. The large windows create an impressive view of the sea below, the long beach with promenade and the terrace with the pool, which is around 4 metres wide and 14 metres long and has an integrated whirlpool.
The guest house offers around 75 square metres of living space with a bedroom (kingsize bed: 200cm x 200cm), a walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and WC, a guest WC and a large living, dining and kitchen area, providing plenty of comfort and cosiness.
The guest house is equipped with a large fridge with separate freezer compartment, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a four-burner gas hob with oven. The breeze from the sea flows into the house and cools it. In addition, the ceiling fans in the living rooms ensure a well tempered atmosphere.
The guest house has barrier-free access from the street. The entrance door is around 2 metres wide and the doors in the guest house are also barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible (between 85 cm and 90 cm door width). The shower has a floor-level access, however, due to the width of the shower access, the shower cannot be accessed with a wheelchair.
On the ground floor there are two further guest rooms belonging to the guest house; a guest room (approx. 16 square metres) with a double bed (160cm x 200 cm), sofa, dining table and chairs as well as a small fridge and a guest room (approx. 12 square metres) with a double extra bed measuring 140cm x 188 cm. The adjoining bathroom with shower and WC (approx. 4 square metres) is accessible via the outside area.
The guest house also has a covered garage space.
The plot measures a total of around 1640 square metres, of which 1040 square metres are private gardens with a watercourse and fountain, Boulodrôme (approx. 5 metres wide and 16 metres long), palm trees, trees, flowers and cacti as well as relaxation areas.
The building complex consists of two houses: our main house and the separate guest house.
We only make the guest house available in our absence. In this respect, the privacy of the residents of the guest house is guaranteed.

The provincial capital Portoviejo (population around 245,000) is around 30 km away, while the beautiful harbour town of Manta (population around 220,000) is around 40 km south of Crucita.
From Crucita, there are many buses to Portoviejo and Manta and the surrounding area during the day. From Portoviejo and Manta, intercity buses run several times a day to all cities in Ecuador.
On arrival at the international airport in Quito, a domestic flight to Manta can be booked. From Manta, Crucita can be reached either by cab (around 40 minutes, 25 USD) or public bus (around 1.5 hours) or by rental car (rental car stations at the airport building in Manta).
