I live in historic and hip Spittelberg, in the city centre of Vienna, the artsy Mont Martre of Vienna. The location is a romantic dream! One of the most sought after spots in town to live: My apartment (built 1752) in a cobblestone pedestrian street with solely historic buildings, no cars pass by the house, very quiet - which is very unusual, to be in the heart of a city centre but hear no street noise.
You will have 2 private rooms in my apartment, the living room for your sole use and an adjacent bedroom. Both rooms have windows (4 windows tatal) facing trees in the quiet pedestrian cobblestone street. You may play on the piano, guitar and ukulele, which are in your livingroom.
I have 2 lovely roommates in the back of the apartment (total 127m2). You have a lot of privacy since your bedroom is far away from the other bedrooms.
One of the roommates travels a lot and only lives half of the month with me, the other half I can host you in his room if it’s a non simultaneous swap.
We like it tidy and clean in the entire apartment. Its a clutter-free well organized place.
The sofa can transform into a bed and I also have a guest mattress.
We share the kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub.
There are 2 toilets, separate from bathroom.

Hip district with lots of trendy cafes, bars, restaurants, galleries and cool concept stores: young creative crowd, young professionals and artists. Right behind Museumsquartier. 1,5 blocks from biggest shopping street Mariahilfer Strasse. 10mins to the Opera.
A supermarket is just around the corner and an organic grocery store in the same street, just 2 houses down.
Several means of public transport reachable within 5mins walk (U2, U3, 1, 2, D, 71, 49, 48A, 46), very easy to get around from my place.

I will provide towels and bed sheets, summer and winter blankets, pillows, kitchen is fully equipped.
I have a cat that will enter the living room.
The only place we can be noisy after 10pm (to keep neighbors happy) is the kitchen, which has a table, bench and chairs and nice warm lighting to sit together. The kitchen is far away from the bedrooms so you also have privacy there.
We do not have a TV.
For simultaneous exchanges I can offer the use of my car (VW up) if I may use your car.
Cleaning fee EUR 45,-. If its a simultaneous swap and you dont charge cleaning fee, then I also wont charge you.
