Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
My home is less than 5 minutes walking distance to the beach Playa Negra and 5 minutes by bike away from the Center of Puerto Viejo.
On the property are, my appartment, the tree studio and a rental beach house. The studio is what I am offering for the exchange points.
The studio is recomennded for 2 adults and 1 child maximum. It is above my house with enough space for your privacy. It has an own bathroom a kitchenette and little fridge, TV, Wifi and a balcony. It is located on a second floor with view to the sunset and nature.
If you have problems with steps, no problem we can instead offer you 1 room in the main house, of course you would have your own bathroom, only the kitchen and pool area, would be a shared space if you stay in the main house.
The main house is a beach rental. If you are travelling with more than 2 adults and need more space you can rent for cash up to 3 rooms there. Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
My neighborhood is touristic but quiet. Most houses are rental beach homes like mine. Very secure, calm and relaxing. You can hear the monkeys and birds and see sloths. If you want to party, there are many options in Puerto Viejo. There are also many different kinds of restaurants and bars. Famous nationalparks are only 15 minutes by car away (Cahuita National Park and Manzanillo Nationalpark)
Many touristic attractions are offered downtown. The most autentic way to explore the area is by bike, which you can rent for around 7 dollars a day. You can also get around by tuk tuk taxis. If you are looiking for more adventure, 600 meters from the house is an UTV rental.
The bus stop is also pretty close (800m), so there is no need to rent a car. But if you want to rent a car, my son Jeremy would be happy to help you out, since he works for Adobe renta car in Puerto Viejo.
