Imagine stepping into a bright and modern apartment on the 5th floor of die HausWirtschaft e.Gen., a unique cooperative housing project in Vienna. As you enter, you have a warderobe and a hallway leading to all rooms of the appartment. We have a huge living-rook which also serves as kitchen. The spacious room is flooded with natural light through large windows. You also have access to our balcony with breathtaking panoramic view of western Vienna.

From the living room, you can see the rolling hills of the Wienerwald, with the Kahlenberg and Leopoldsberg standing proudly in the distance. The view extends across the rooftops of the city, blending urban life with the greenery of the surrounding forests. On clear evenings, you can watch the sunset paint the sky in shades of orange and pink.

The apartment itself is designed with sustainability and community in mind, featuring high-quality, eco-friendly materials. A spacious balcony or loggia offers the perfect spot for morning coffee or relaxing with a book while enjoying the fresh breeze from the hills.
