Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
I live in the apartment myself and only rent it out when I am not in town. I love to travel, this is why the interior of the apartment is a mix of international souvenirs, combined with vintage furniture and selected designer pieces. The apartment is very bright and located in a quiet side street. I rent my beautiful bedroom with a double bed and the large kitchen-living room with direct access to the south-facing balcony. This is the best place in summer, where you can chill or have a glass of vine.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
The apartment is in the Sendling district. The best way to get there is by taking the U3 and getting off at Brudermühlstraße. From there it is a 3-minute walk to the apartment.
There is a very nice Italian supermarket around the corner, a small regular supermarket and a few restaurants. At weekends there is a small weekly market with regional specialties at Resi-Huber-Platz. There is a great bakery nearby called Neulinger, where you can buy great bread and baked goods. Just around the corner there is the Italian restaurant Saluki, where you can eat very well. If you like something a little heartier, the restaurant at the wholesale market is a good choice (really good white sausages). Brother Mill or Dankl are nice for breakfast.
But best: it's a ten 10min walk to the river where you can also swim in summer time.
