Our family friendly home is located in Hanleys Farm/Jacks Point, Queenstown, NZ. Built in 2018, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home situated on a 556m2 corner section offers a modern and comfortable setting with stunning mountain views of the Remarkables. Our house provides 3 bedrooms set over one level comprising of a master bedroom with a walk in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with a double shower and rain forest shower head, the other two bedrooms are of a good size and have one queen bed and one children’s style bunkbed in each room. We have an open plan kitchen, dining and a pitched ceiling lounge area with two sets of sliding doors that open into the garden, the kitchen is equipped with two ovens, gas for cooking, a dishwasher and a good-sized walk in pantry. The main bathroom has a bath and shower, there is a separate toilet and separate laundry room, we do have a garage that this will be closed off as an area where we can store a personal items. The garden wraps around the house, has native planting vegetable beds and a louvred pergola and outside furniture so that the space and its stunning view of The Remarkables mountain range can be thoroughly enjoyed.
We can provide bikes for use during your stay and also our family car if transport if required.
We have high speed WiFi, a 65’ smart TV available for use.

We would like to do a reciprocal house exchange with someone in the South of England from approximately mid December to mid January so that we can visit family in the UK for Christmas after many years away, while you could be enjoying peak NZ Summer conditions in beautiful Queenstown.
